Sadie

Well our Miss Sadie is sick. We don't know what is wrong with her just yet. She lost 10 pounds bc she won't eat. She also has this thick mucus coming out of her nose and she coughs all day long. Which sounds more humanlike than canine. We took her to the vet on Wednesday and they wanted to keep her overnight to draw some blood. Well the vet called Brian on Thursday morning and said they needed to sedate her and take an x ray and scope her nose. Then by 4 pm on Thursday they said they found a polyp and had to do a biopsy. We are still waiting the results. They said we could pick her up and have her at home while we wait 3 or 4 days to hear what is going on. Anyway, $850 later we are still not sure. Yikes. We were not expecting that price tag just for tests and an antibiotic. But, it is our Sadie so I pray she is ok.
