Mr. 10 Month Old

Blake had his official 9 month checkup this morning (even though he is 10 months today). Here are his stats:

Weight: 20 lbs 3 oz - 50 percentile

Height: 28 inches - 75 percentile

The doctor said he is doing great! She was very pleased we already weaned him from his pacifier, that he is trying to use a sippy cup and he is standing by himself and just about walking. He is a very busy child. Mainly this has to do with his big brother. But, we are trying to be as consistant as possible just like we were with Zachary. So far so good.

After the visit we went to a local shoe store to have him fitted for his walking shoes. The lady at the store suggested we go with a size 4.5 and a double extra wide shoe!! He's got very chubby feet. So $45.00 later we left with 1 pair of shoes! But, we were assured they would last 4 months. Since his feet are so wide we will not be able to buy Target shoes for a while. I better get a second job. :-)
